Albert Gros, Jr., MD is a distinguished physician with over two decades of experience in anesthesiology and interventional pain management.
A native of Louisiana, Dr. Gros earned his Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed a rigorous residency in anesthesiology at Ochsner Clinic Foundation. He further specialized in pain medicine through extensive independent training and active participation in prestigious professional societies, including the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr.Gros is board certified by both the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Pain Medicine.
He currently leads care at Interventional Pain Specialists, combining state-of-the-art interventional procedures with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
His expertise encompasses a wide range of treatments, including epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulation, and vertebroplasty.

Brandi Menier is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a robust clinical background spanning over 25 years in nursing and advanced practice care. She holds multiple nursing degrees from McNeese State University and Louisiana State University at Eunice and is a proud member of the Louisiana and American Associations of Nurse Practitioners.
Brandi plays an essential role at Interventional Pain Specialists in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and spinal conditions. Her responsibilities include assisting with interventional and surgical procedures, managing medication therapy, and ensuring regulatory compliance in billing and coding. Her comprehensive knowledge of both patient care and healthcare operations makes her an integral part of the team.
Throughout her career, Brandi has served in various capacities, from operating room circulator to surgical assistant and clinical coordinator. Her work in hospital systems, ambulatory
surgical centers, and school health programs reflects her adaptability and dedication to patient outcomes.
She has worked in the interventional pain setting for the last 13 years. Patients and peers alike value her thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate care.

Ashley Whitmore is a highly experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant specializing in interventional spine and pain management. With over a decade in advanced clinical practice.
Ashley brings a unique blend of surgical assistance, diagnostic expertise, and personalized patient care. She earned her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies and her Bachelor of Science in Human Medicine from Our Lady of the Lake College, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Ashley is known for her comprehensive approach to managing chronic and acute pain. She skillfully performs interventional procedures such as steroidal joint, bursal, and trigger point injections and interprets complex diagnostic studies, including MRIs and CT scans.
Previously, Ashley served at Comprehensive Pain Solutions and Lafayette Bone and Joint Clinic, where she assisted in intricate spine and neurosurgical procedures.
Her early foundation in urgent care settings honed her rapid decision-making skills and her ability to manage a broad spectrum of medical conditions efficiently and empathetically.
